For the August trip LCU will be headed back to the Edisto River.  This time we will be doing the 8 mile "middle stretch" from Stokes Bridge Road down to Mars Old Field Landing.  This section is more remote than some, and features oxbows and exposed marl shelves with interesting fossils.

We will meet at Stokes Bridge access point at 8:30 on August 13.  Plan to be on the river most of the day.
